    1. I understand this application is only a request and does not guarantee a reservation. All applications will be processed in the order received.

76. CONDITIONS FOR ALCOHOL ON PREMISES*

    1. Events wishing to serve alcohol may do so only if the alcohol is served by a LICENSED AND INSURED CATERER.
    2. Copies of the caterer's M.A.S.T. Permit, Liquor Liability Insurance Certificate, and WA State Banquet Permit must be submitted to Sprinker no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.
    3. No kegs or champagne fountains are allowed.
    4. Groups serving alcohol that are expecting over 200 people must pay for off duty police services for entire event. One additional officer for every 100 persons over 200.
    5. Groups serving alcohol that understate their attendance may have their event canceled and loss of deposit if police services are not secured.
    6. Alcoholic beverages must be consumed in the permitted room only.
    7. Bring your own alcohol events are not allowed. Such events will be immediately shut down without a refund.
    8. If patrons are found to be drinking and re-entering, the event will be immediately shut down without a refund.
    9. Groups will be expected to reimburse the Center for any of the following: • Lost or damaged equipment •Any area requiring additional cleaning •Parking lot clean up •Vandalism
    10. Pierce County Park’s staff have the authority to have an individual(s) removed from the event if their actions are deemed inappropriate, disorderly, disrespectful or if they are overly intoxicated.
    11. Failure by the person in charge to have the individual(s) in question immediately removed from the event will be cause to shut down the entire event and loss of deposit .
    12. No alcoholic beverage shall be served or consumed to any person under 21 years of age. Groups found in violation will be immediately shut down without a refund and and loss of deposit.
