A balanced diet is vital for physical and mental health.

In response to COVID-19, Aging and Disability Resources has expanded our nutrition programs. If you’re a Pierce County resident over the age of 60 and need help accessing food due to limited mobility, illness or COVID-19 safety concerns, we have a number of resources to help. We can support you with food shopping and delivery, finding the closest community center offering lunches to go, getting meals home-delivered and so much more.
