This 1.3 mile trail serves the community as a training walk or as a lunchtime stroll in the new City of Lakewood.

Walk among young red alder saplings and in the growing season white snowberries and red and black blackberries. Small marshes appear suddenly amidst the brush and in the winter more of the pond is visible.
Seeley Lake Park
Seeley Lake is a runoff catchment for the city, thus its water level fluctuates noticeably with the rainfall. Despite this, the walk is a pleasant stroll on a wide, well-maintained path that provides green seclusion.

Pierce County Parks and Recreation is proud to announce a partnership in recreation. Parks welcomes the Lakewood Senior Activity Center to our newly remodeled Lakewood Community Center facility. Seniors in our community will be treated to the finest in recreation, education and wellness classes in a spacious and friendly atmosphere. Drop by and tour the new facility and check out the many programs offered.
