Application Submittal Standards and Checklists
In order for an application to be accepted for processing by Pierce County, certain items of information must be provided. The informational requirements for each application are referred to as the application's 'Submittal Standards' or 'Checklist'. Failure to include the information listed in the Submittal Standards or Checklist will result in an application being returned to the applicant for being incomplete. The Submittal Standards and Checklists for selected permit types is included below. Simply click on the application type you wish to view. If you any questions regarding the submittal requirements, contact the Pierce County Development Center at (253)798-3739.
