Pre-filing Meeting The Pre-filing meeting is available to applicants for projects requiring Land Use Review. The meeting will include a Land Use Planner and representatives from Development Engineering and Resource Management, as needed. The Pre-filing meeting will provide the applicant with all required application material, an understanding of the hearing or administrative review process, and a list of requirements for application submittal of a land use/plat.
Predevelopment Conference The Predevelopment Conference is a voluntary process designed to identify, up front, critical items in a project which should be addressed at the conceptual stage in order to avoid or minimize technical problems during the review and processing of a permit application. The scope of a Predevelopment Conference is not to provide detailed review normally done after the application is filed nor to provide design work relative to the project, although enough guidance will be provided to facilitate understanding in all problem areas.
