The regulations to implement the Mid-County Community Plan were adopted on December 6, 2005 with an effective date of March 1, 2006. These regulations amend sections of Title 18A -Zoning, Title 18B- Signs and Title18J- Design Standards and Guidelines by adding chapters in order to recognize the Mid-County Community Plan area.
