The regulations to implement the Frederickson Community Plan were adopted on October 28, 2003 with an effective date of December 15, 2003. These regulations amend sections of Title 18A -Zoning, and introduced a new Frederickson section (18B.140) into Title 18B - Signs. A new Frederickson section (18J.50) was included into Title 18J - Design Standards and Guidelines of the Pierce County Code and sets the requirements for site design, building architecture, landscaping and recreation.
