Make technical changes to text, policies in community plans, to correct errors, omissions.

C-3 Bethel School District #403
Amend the Graham Community Plan to allow electronic reader board signs in all land use designations for public facilities such as schools and public safety services.

C-4 Business Association of Midland
Amend the Parkland-Spanaway-Midland Communities Plan to allow auto repair uses in the Employment Center land use designation, Community Employment zone classification.

C-5 Affinity Investments
Amend the Parkland-Spanaway-Midland Communities Plan to allow higher residential densities consistent with height allowances in the Activity Center designation.

M-2 Pierce County Department of Planning and Land Services
Correct technical errors and perform other needed technical changes.

Adopt recommended review criteria for UGA expansion from the Pierce County UGA Ad Hoc Policy Review Committee.

T-7 Pierce County Department of Planning and Land Services
Make technical changes to text and policies in the Comprehensive Plan, to correct any identified errors and omissions. The amendment does not make changes to the intent of existing policies or set new policy direction.

T-8 Pierce County Biodiversity Alliance
Adopt the Crescent Valley Biodiversity Management Area Stewardship Plan (11/08) as a portion of Title 19D, Other Comprehensive Planning Documents.
