The Earth Matters newsletter is a publication of the Pierce County Public Works & Utilities, Solid Waste Division. The newsletter is mailed to single-family residences in Pierce County, except for Tacoma, Ruston and the military bases. Earth Matters is published two to three times a year. Future editions will be added to this website as they're published.
