Ethical government is everyone's responsibility.
The Pierce County Ethics Commission exists as a non-biased resource for the community. The commission's duty is to examine questionable behavior (as defined by the Pierce County Code) of any Pierce County employee and make recommendations for resolution of any complaints. The Pierce County Ethics Commission is a place where any person who has personal knowledge of a violation of the Pierce County Ethics Code may file a complaint of the violation. All complaints are confidential unless and until a violation is found and are investigated by a Hearing Examiner. Ethics Commission
