The Release Officer position involves several important tasks. Processing and releasing inmates, preparing documents for movement of inmates to Washington State institutions. A release officer must be able to read and post numerous court orders and handle the computation of release dates. The ability to adapt to ever changing situations and possess organization and coordination skills is a definite must have.
