Following is information on the fee deposits required and the actual fees charged. Forms of payment accepted are cash, attorney's checks or money orders. Also, we can accept a debit card with PIN at our office but cannot accept a credit or debit card over the phone. Service of Process: $100.00 fee deposit in the form of cash, attorney's check, or money order. When the action has been completed, we will total the actual fees and issue a refund check for the amount of the deposit not used or bill you for the balance due. The Civil Unit retains the original return of service until the balance due is paid.
Writs of Restitution: $80.00 fee deposit for one tenant, and increases by $60.00 for each additional tenant listed on the writ. We require an original writ and copies for each tenant. For the mileage fee, click on the link below and enter the residence address.

Domestic Violence Protection Order: There is no fee associated with this type of document service.
Anti-Harassment Protection Order: A charge of $35.00 plus mileage. We charge for one round trip to the service address. Our office will quote a total charge over the phone or when you bring your papers to our office.
Sexual Assault Protection Order: There is no fee associated with this type of document service.
