On-Line Ticket Sales Now Open
August 14, 2009 1:44 p.m.

The on-line ticket sales website is now open for business. The system failure was caused by an automated software download that didn't work properly. HD-Baker was able to re-create and then repair the problem on a separate system. It took 45 minutes to make the repairs to our system. This was accomplished today between 1200 and 1245.

Everyone's patience during this outage is appreciated.

RIDER ALERT - NEW DISPLAY BOARD
Friday, April 24, 2009 2:42 p.m.

The new reader /info display board at the Steilacoom Dock has been installed requiring removal of the smaller, older sign with the green and red load signal. It will be a couple of weeks before the remaining infrastructure and software is installed to program instructions and relay real time data as to vessel ETA / ETD. During this period please be particularly vigilant of crew hand and or lighted wand instructions on the approach ramps directing vehicle ramp movements.

Thank you for your patience. I believe you will be very pleased with the end product in the very near future.
