The following required classes are required of all Executive Branch Pierce County employees and strongly encouraged for all other Pierce County employees.

Each of these classes once during your career as a Pierce County employee:
Ethics 1
Beyond Sexual Harassment
Domestic Violence Policy
Domestic Violence Policy Supervisors' Training (Directors, Managers, Supervisors only)

Choose one diversity class every two years from this list:
Attitudes Toward Differences (Start here. This is a prerequisite for the other diversity classes.)
Putting Difference to Work
The Ugly Truth
Communicating with People with Disabilities
Age & Attitudes
Gay Issues in the Workplace
Other diversity classes will be added annually.
