Please note, as you consider a date for a Special Election, it is beneficial to contact the Pierce County Elections Division prior to selection. (253) 798-VOTE

*A Special Election to validate an excess levy or bond issue may be called at any time (except between the first day of filing through the General Election Certification) to meet the needs resulting from fire, flood, earthquake or any other act of God.
(Reference RCW 29A.04)

**This May Special Election day is just for tax levies that failed previously in the calendar year and new bond issues only.
