Dept. 3 Judge Schwartz	Dept. 3 is open to the public. All hearings, motions and trials are in person unless prior arrangements are made with the Court for Zoom appearances. Dept. 5 Judge Speir-Moss	Hearings are primarily conducted in-person. Attendance at hearings via the Zoom platform may be accommodated by advance arrangement only. Email requests and questions to [email protected].
Dept. 6 Judge Quinlan	Unless previously indicated to the contrary, all hearings, motions, and trials are in-person.
