This form is used to report suspected building and land use code violations.

Pierce County cannot accept any complaints on an anonymous basis. It is Pierce County's policy to keep the requestor's name confidential, however, if a court action ensues, the requestor's name may be provided to the defendant by our legal counsel.

Complete and accurate information is neccessary. An accurate address and description are mandatory for processing. Inaccurate or incomplete information will delay or prevent processing.
